collecting Poins & Redeem

Kilometer is the calculation unit of this program. All members will have the account of EasyFlyer partially which is the collected points will be credited/entered. Points are not refundable with money or cash and can not be replaced by money. Points for each flight transaction will be collected by this ways: Point is given for purchased ticket for all types of Merpati flight class, Industry Discount (ID Ticket) and Free Ticket (FOC) doesn’t have its rights to calculate the points. Ticket which is reserved as chartered flight doesn’t have rights to calculate the points. Point is collected once per flight for one person. Point is given based on the real distance which used the formula the distance from airport of departure to the arrival airport. For the connecting flight, it should have change on the other flight numbers, point will be collected based on the real distance which is calculated based on the formula on its distance in each sector of flight. The joining points are not allowed (every membership of Easyflyer is used by single user). Merpati has the rights to cancel Easyflyer account and all points inside if the account is used by more than 1 user. Member only has the rights that credited in one frequent flyer account for each flight or transaction. The order for the lost miles / points only can be served if he or she can show the membership card as i Easyflyer. If flight is not registered in Billing Point Summary, member is allowed to request those miles/point, that credited effectively backwards to EasyFlyer account until 3 months from its flight or transaction by completing the original boarding pass or the copy of ticket. Rewards Redeem : The offered Rewards consists of MCO Voucher which can be used for ticket purchasing and as the tool of payment in every merchant which already cooperated with Merpati. The request for rewards can be done at the center of EasyFlyer service center or local representatives which obey all proposed procedures. Travel agent cant issue the MCO Voucher or other rewards. EasyFlyer Mileage point can be deducted from your account when you have proposed the redeem point written or via e-mail or facsimile. Member can report all jurisdictions about all claims rewards from your EasyFlyer account within 3 months if your rewards were utilized by other users. The Procedures of Point Redeem The 1st Procedure: If the total of your collected nominal point reached minimum. Rp. 100.000,- (One hundred thousand rupiah) or equal with 4,762 points, you have rights to redeem your points. You can propose your written request by mail to: PT. MERPATI NUSANTARA AIRLINES Customer Services Division Lt. 5 Jl. Angkasa Blok B. 15 Kav. 2-3 Jakarta 10720 Indonesia. Or by fax to +6221-6544842 or e-mail to infomerpati@merpati.co.id. Don’t forget to mention the total of Rupiah you wish to take. We will send the Voucher of Merpati EasyFlyer Reward (MER) to your address. Please note that MER is not the payment tool but you should change with Miscelaneous Charges Order (MCO). You can change your MER at every Merpati Ticketing Office (excludes General Sales Agent (GSA) or (Travel Agent ) in your cities with bringing your Merpati EasyFlyer Card. The change can be represented by other party by showing the original letter and for the amount more than 250,000,- should be sealed by stamp-duty as Rp. 6,000,- This MER effectives within 2 (two) months since the issued date and MCO effectives within 3 (three) months since the issued date. We never send the MER voucher except by your request. You can purchase the MCO at the merchants which have cooperated with Merpati (listed in catalogue accompanied your EasyFlayer card) or your purchasing ticket of Merpati. If your transaction is higher value than youn value of MCO, you can add its rest by cash. But if your transaction is less than the MCO value, you cant ask the extra cash from the merchants or our ticketing offices. The 2nd Procedure: When you wish to utilize your points, Customer can show card in all Merpati local ticketing representative offices. The officer will ask about the total points that you will redeem. The officer will ask you to fill in the “request form for Redeem Point”. To take your Redeem Point can be done by others by showing your approval letter. The officer will ask your purposes of the issued MCO Voucher utilization. After MCO issued, the officer will give the MCO Voucher, and it can be used for shopping at merchants which already cooperated with Merpati or can be exchanged by Merpati ticket. Kilometer adalah unit dasar penghitungan program ini. Seluruh member akan memiliki account EasyFlyer sendiri dimana point yang dikumpulkan akan dikreditkan / dimasukkan. Point tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang cash/ tidak dapat di-uangkan. Point untuk setiap penerbangan (flight transaction) dikumpulkan dengan cara sebagai berikut : Point diberikan untuk ticket yang dibeli untuk semua kelas pada penerbangan Merpati. Industry Discount ( ID Tiket ) , dan Ticket Free ( FOC ) tidak berhak untuk dihitung point-nya. Ticket yang dibukukan untuk penerbangan charter tidak berhak untuk dihitung point-nya. Point hanya dapat dikumpulkan sekali per flight per satu orang. Point diberikan berdasarkan jarak perjalanan sebenarnya yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus jarak dari airport keberangkatan ke airport kedatangan. Untuk connecting flight, yang mengharuskan perubahan ke flight number yang lain, point yang dikumpulkan didasarkan pada jarak sebenarnya yang dihitung menggunakan rumus jarak setiap sektor perjalanan tersebut. Penggabungan point tidak diijinkan (setiap keanggotan easyflyer hanya dapat digunakan oleh 1 orang). Merpati memiliki hak untuk membatalkan easyflyer account dan seluruh point yang ada didalamnya bila diketahui bahwa account tersebut digunakan oleh lebih dari 1 orang. Anggota / member hanya berhak dikreditkan pada satu frequent flyer account untuk setiap penerbangan atau transaksi. Permintaan untuk miles / point yang hilang hanya dapat dilayani jika member dapat menunjukkan dirinya sebagai anggota merpati easyflyer. Apabila penerbangan tidak tercatat dalam Billing Point Summary (Ringkasan Point), member boleh meminta miles / point tersebut dikreditkan berlaku surut ke EasyFlyer account hingga 3 bulan dari penerbangan / transaksi dimaksud, dengan melengkapi boarding pass asli atau foto copy ticket. Award Redemtion : Hadiah / award yang ditawarkan terdiri dari Voucher MCO yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelian ticket dan sebagai alat pembayaran di Merchant-merchat yang telah bekerjasama dengan Merpati. Permintaan untuk hadiah / award dapat dilakukan di pusat pelayanan EasyFlyer member atau di perwakilan setempat dengan mengikuti prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Travel agent tidak dapat mengeluarkan Voucher MCO atau award-award yang lain. EasyFlyer Mileage point akan dikurangkan dari account anda ketika anda telah mengajukan permohonan redeem point baik secara tertulis, melalui e-mail atau melalui facs. Member dapat melaporkan berbagai kecurigaan atas claim award dari EasyFlyer account anda dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan apabila didapati award anda digunakan oleh orang lain. Tata Cara Proses Redeem Poin Cara Pertama : Apabila jumlah nominal point yang Anda kumpulkan telah mencapai minimal Rp. 100.000,- (seratus ribu rupiah) atau setara dengan 4762 point, Anda berhak melakukan proses Redeem ( pengambilan ) point yang Anda miliki. Anda dapat mengajukan permintaan secara tertulis melalui surat ke alamat: PT. MERPATI NUSANTARA AIRLINES Customer Services Division Lt. 5 Jl. Angkasa Blok B. 15 Kav. 2-3 Jakarta 10720 Atau melalui fax ke nomor 021-6544842 maupun e-mail ke alamat infomerpati@merpati.co.id. Jangan lupa untuk menyebutkan jumlah Rupiah yang ingin Anda ambil. Kami akan mengirimkan Voucher Merpati EasyFlyer Reward (MER) ke alamat Anda. Mohon diingat, MER tersebut bukanlah alat pembayaran, melainkan harus Anda tukarkan terlebih dahulu dengan alat pembayaran yang disebut Miscelaneous Charges Order (MCO). Anda dapat menukarkan MER Anda menjadi MCO di setiap Ticketing Office Merpati ( tidak termasuk General Sales Agent ( GSA ) atau Travel Agent ) di kota Anda, dengan membawa kartu Merpati EasyFlyer Anda yang asli. Penukaran dapat diwakilkan dengan menyertakan Surat Kuasa yang telah ditandatangani dan untuk pengambilan di atas Rp. 250.000,- harus menyertakan materai senilai Rp. 6.000,- Masa berlaku MER adalah 2 (dua) bulan sejak tanggal dikeluarkan (date of issued) dan MCO adalah 3 (tiga) bulan sejak tanggal dikeluarkan (date of issued). Kami tidak pernah mengirimkan voucher MER kecuali atas permintaan Anda. Anda dapat membelanjakan MCO di merchants yang telah bekerja sama dengan Merpati (tercantum dalam katalog yang menyertai Kartu EasyFlyer Anda) maupun untuk pembelian tiket penerbangan Merpati. Apabila Anda melakukan transaksi dengan nilai lebih dari nilai MCO Anda, Anda dapat menambahkan kekurangannya dengan uang tunai. Namun apabila transaksi bernilai kurang dari nilai MCO, Anda tidak dapat meminta kelebihannya secara tunai dari merchants maupun kantor ticketing kami. Cara Dua : Saat ingin memanfaatkan point, Customer dapat menunjukkan kartu di seluruh ticketing Office Perwakilan Setempat Merpati. Petugas akan menanyakan jumlah point yang ingin diambil (di-redeem). Petugas akan meminta Customer untuk mengisi form "permohonan Redeem Point". Pengambilan point (Redeem Point) dapat diwakilkan dengan menunjukkan surat kuasa. Petugas akan menanyakan tujuan penggunaan voucher MCO yang akan diissued. Setelah selesai diissued, petugas akan menyerahkan Voucher MCO, yang dapat digunakan untuk berbelanja di Merchant-merchant yang telah bekerjasama dengan Merpati atau dapat ditukar dengan Ticket Merpati
